Our senior inspector and founder, Tom Todd, has been a licensed contractor in the residential and commercial repair and remodeling industry since 1993. Here are some of Tom's credentials.

Since acquiring his contractor’s licenses, Tom has:

• Earned certification by the Int'l Assn. of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as a residential pre-purchase property inspector.

• Become Certified by the Int'l. Assn. of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) as a mold inspector.

• Tom has been certified by the Int'l. Conf. of Building Officials (ICBO) as a residential electrical and mechanical inspector.

• Former president of the Calif. Real Estate Inspection Assn. (CREIA), Silicon Valley Chapter.

• An outside project manager/building inspector with the City of San Jose’s Downtown Residential Redevelopment Dept.

• Owns and operates Bay Bathrooms and Kitchens, a remodeling company serving the Bay Area.

In addition, Tom Todd was a property inspector for over 10 years on the peninsula and is well versed in writing inspection reports. With that kind of experience working for you, you know you've chosen an inspector who knows his stuff.
